A few of us were discussing our favorite misheard lyrics a while back, so when I found this video I knew I would have to share. While it is from a foreign 'idol' competition the contestant claims to be singing in English.
Thank goodness Mariah didn't become an English teacher when she was going through her mental breakdown.

ReplyDeleteThat is AWESOME. And I thought it was funny when my friend in college thought the Huey Lewis song was "I Want A New Truck."
So I played this for the kids... I had to go look up the real lyrics, not being a Mariah fan, but I have to say it's even funnier when you read along.
